Our radio show Started on Monday May 5th 2008, “Cinco de Mayo”, as an old-school Tradio Radio. The show has evolved tremendously over the last few years and we have come to be known as the “Junk Mafia”, reporters of JUNK, Day Trips, Road Trips, independent business owners, restaurants, truck stops, and all of the other things that make the road ways of this great country a wonderful place to live and love!!
The Junk in my Trunk Radio Show is currently ON THE AIR every Monday, Thursday & Saturday from 10am to 11am, CST. You can listen to it in the Kansas City area on 1140 AM or 102.9 FM. You can also LISTEN ONLINE, by clicking on the lil’ Red Radio above, from anywhere in the world. We encourage our listeners to Email, Tweet or Facebook us about the cool, neat and sometimes bizarre stuff they have to Buy Sell or Trade…. We also give shout outs about Garage Sales, Second Hand Furniture, Antiques, Real Estate, Auctions, and whole lot more that will make you laugh & want to get off the beaten path.
In our Road Trips section we have an ever-expanding map & list of some of the places we LOVE to shop, eat & trade with. Look for the “Junk Mafia Approved” Stickers!!
We also put out a Junk Journal, and are currently promoting a Road Trip Movie Contest, be sure to get involved it will be a lot of FUN!!
